The staff is good and experienced but they makes us teach old methods and very egoistic teachers, no doubts are clarified clearly and marks are given very less in exams. The course structure is good and exams are held like Two minors and one major, in minors best of two like 30 marks are awarded for one minor and 50 marks for major and 20 marks in teacher's hand which depends on teacher and more than 90 is 10 cgpa and accordingly decreases

Faculty can be accessed through CUIMS.in which is the official web page for students and teachers. Faculty can also be approached via mail or directly in the staff room. Lecturers hold the relevant industry experience as they have the university after a few years of work experience in the engineering field.

Petroleum Engineering faculty members at Chandigarh University is best and experienced with doctoral degree holder. Most of them are experienced in international and national Industries. They have good communication and relation with students. They involved in the number of research and industrial activities for technology upgrades. The balance among the research and services, however, differ according to the position.

There are PhD completed teachers that teaches masters and phd courses. The average age of faculty is 40+ approx with their guidance and motivation a lot of support we get from them. The lectures held by them are very much relevant to the industrial experience.

They are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. They generate an appropriate environment for learning. They are ready to help at any time. They use appropriate tools for teaching. They are ready to take our doubts at any time. Most of the faculty have technical hands-on experience.

I can say the faculty of the ECE department is best at CU because there are 15 PhD faculty and others are also pursuing PhD. It is an overall very healthy environment for the learning of a student. Faculty is also very nice and helpful. Department of ECE at Cu also has industry-sponsored lab such as intel IoT, Wipro, True chip, Videocon and Uipath etc. to bridge the gap between academics and industry.

In the design department, we have a module system one module is of 5days and seven lectures per day mean the whole week for one subject or module as we have more practical work. if we do something we do it with full passion and patience. Our faculty is experienced every faculty is master in his or her field all the faculty is almost young and energetic.

Some are good some partially good because some teachers are biased. When comes to marks teachers provide good marks to those student those are good in front of them it's not in only our college I am sure this problem is in every college as I listen to my other friends

The faculty of our department is well educated and very nice they know how to teach and how to talk to a student they always ready to help students during any problem. The teaching way of all the teachers is very simple and very effective they deliver their lectures in a well efficient manner.

Five days are working in a week and every day there is a theoretical and practical lecture. The average age of the faculty is 25 as a matter of fact faculty is young in CU and all are post-graduate. Most of the teachers try their best to teach but some are under-qualified and not able to properly elaborate.
