The insight at EThames degree college

Likes

Specialization courses offered by the college, through coursera platform.
Professionalism and politeness of the faculty
All clubs and extracurriculars are organized, and basic amenities offered.

Dislikes

No sports to engage the students actively.
Lack of proper infrastructure and location wise
North Indian ratio is higher than south indians. Could face some difficulty but otherwise no issue.

Internships Opportunities:

Mostly, companies and major successfull start-ups offer students with good stipend internships. The seniors at the companies offer help and guide interns to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain peace and harmony among the conpany's colleagues.

Skills and Several Courses offered by college.
Well equipped IT lab and library to enrich our skills. And various events organized.
Hospitality and professionalism maintained by the faculty and their teaching style.

Dislikes

Lack of infrastructure, and no proper furniture
No sports activities, and limited to only inside the building.
No proper ventilation system, and it can become challenging to stay in class for longer periods.

Internships Opportunities:

Many start-up companies and major companies offers very well paid internships with a monthly stipend of 10k-13k per month. Stipends start from 5k per month and and varies based on the responsibilities and position offered by the company for the interns who have applied.

Hospitality, politeness and professionalism maintained by the faculty while teaching

There are no sports activities been offered currently as it is only confined to inside the building.
There is no proper ventilation system and it can become challenging for students to stay in the class for longer hours.

The Insight of EDC Hyderabad

Likes

The professional expertism of the faculty, their teaching helps us to understand vast areas of topics and ensure we gain the required skills to move forward. Girls to boys ratio is almost 50-50 and majority of them are north Indians.
Intiative by seniors and 2nd years for organizing several events on their own, by gaining themsleves responsibilities and management skills which will be helpful in future.
Hospitality is endless at this college, and very careful and proper steps are followed while handing internships to all students. There is a placement officer who guides the students.

Dislikes

Lack of a proper location, as the college is in a 6- story building wedged in the heart of the city, which feels more conjusted.
Lack of proper ventilation system in most of the rooms, which makes it hard sometimes to sit long durations in class.
Can also improve the infrastructure a lot, which includes the study furniture, benches and better airflow systems for breathing well.

Internships Opportunities:

Many internships are available and we will be guided step-by-step by a training and placement officer. We will be informed via g-mail about various internship opportunities. Majority of the companies are start-ups, who pay interns upto 10-15k stipend per month, depending on the nature and the position of the work the stipend amount depends.

Internships worth it at EThames.

Internships Opportunities:

I personally didn't opt for any internships at my college and always ignored them because it'd usually be unpaid with the chance of a certificate of internship. The paid internships would have ridiculously long hours and very low pay such as 5000-7000 per month which wasn't really worth it for me.

An honest and extraordinary review

Internships Opportunities:

There are many types of internships offered by the college and most of them are paid and that to more than 10k so. Few companies like V business, shine projects, IFORTIS corporate, Indian development foundation and many more. Every internship has its own projects and outcomes in huge numbers so I haven't remembered the names of it.
