Each year, 10 to 12 companies approach the college for placements, with internships being more limited. In the previous year, Future Group and Reliance Trend were the only companies providing internships for BCA and BCom students. While the college does not offer in-house placement services, it does facilitate internships and various programs aimed at skill and personality development.
Admissions to MGPG College, affiliated with Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, require an entrance examination followed by merit-based college allotment. Over the past two years, many alumni have secured positions in prominent government and private sector offices. The college has a career and placement cell that actively assists students in securing employment.
