Lakshmi Narayan College of Management is run by Late Shri C.L. Chouksey Smriti Shiksha Evam Samaj Kalyan Samiti. LNCM was established in 2009 under LNCT Group of Colleges. The college is affiliated to Jiwaji University, Gwalior and is approved by AICTE. Presently, it offers Postgraduate degree courses in various disciplines of management.

Candidates will have to apply for common counselling procedure under Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh. Applicants can follow the procedure given below for applying:
- Visit the official website of DTE, MP.
- Select “Post Graduate Program” link under “Choose Course for Counseling” tab at the home page.
- Select MBA program and click on full time link.
- Click on Apply for Counselling button.
- Register as new user and complete the mandatory details.
- Proceed to pay the application fee.
- Candidates must submit following documents at the time of admissions:
- Allotment Letter
- Class 10th mark sheet
- Class 12th mark sheet
- Graduation certificate
- Provisional certificate/ degree
- Entrance exam score card
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
