Kiit University is great but when it comes to there hospitalality services you should get disappointed. The services that are provided here are not good especially hostel meal. The quality and the quantity of meals provided here are both below average. The hostel charge is 28000 and mess charge is 22500. The cleanliness in hostel campus is average like any other colleges. There are other facilities like study rooms for study, canteens for snacks are available. The registration process of hostel accommodation is simple on kiit official website or sap portal you have to apply for hostel opt and select the preferred room which can be 3bed NON-AC/AC with various with number of beds. - The hostel life and community albeit good may not be favorable to everyone ...a lot of studnets may have adjustment issues
- The Hostel Food and the washrooms of the hostels are terrible they can be made better by the authorities looking into the matter

Hostel Facilities:
Most of the rooms in KIIT Hostels are well maintained and the air conditioned rooms are suited better for summer months .
The food varies from hostel to hostel. Hostels where 3rd and 4th year students reside the food is significantly better whereas in freshers hostel the quality of food is bad . In some hostels food poisoning has affected the health of students and also affected the morale of the students towards the hostel. The menu is more friendly to vegans as non veg food is basically non existent when compared to the amount of vegan items in the food menu.
PG or rooms are available for rent near Burger King and near KIIT square and are fairly cheap .

The hostels are very clean and decent in kiit. Msny hostels are available. Hostel fees are dependent on the rooms you have selected. The mess fees is 22500 per year. The quality of food in the mess is average.

Hostel Facilities:
My hostel facility is preety nice because I'm staying in premium hostel and the food of hostel is okay for me not too good but not too bad also .
You can get mail from college for hostel information and then you can choose which type of room do you want .
And most imp is cleaning that is too good in my hostel.

The annual fest of kiit was scheduled generally around February- march. All the students can participate the fest but again chargee were there to participate. So many students won't go to the fest. But there were lots of gyms, swimming pool, playground, table tennis, basketball etc activities were there. There was an organisation named KSAC (Kalinga Students Activity Centre).

The College has more than enough Hostels to provide for it's students. Both AC and Non AC Hostels are there. The Hostel food , although is not very classy but yes, it's eatable and hygienic.They provide Laundry Services which is included in the fees.

There are ac hostels and non-ac hostels. Non-ac hostels have rooms shared by 3 students. There is a separate hostel for fresher's.
