CMR Technical Campus Hyderabad Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

CMR Technical Campus is located in Hyderabad, Telangana and is sponsored by CMR Technical Education Society and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad.

At present, CMR Technical Campus runs B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA courses at UG and PG level.

• Candidates have to apply in offline mode.
• Those who have completed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized board are considered eligible to get admission in B.Tech program.
• Admission to 70% students in the B.Tech course is given on the basis of the applicant’s merit in TS EAMCET, whereas 30% is reserved as management quota seats. 
• To qualify for BTech management quota, a student should either have obtained a rank or should have secured a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% in group subjects (Maths, Physics and Chemistry) in the Intermediate Examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana or any other examination recognized by the Government of Telangana as its equivalent.
• Candidates who have completed BE or B.Tech program in relevant discipline are eligible to apply for M.Tech course.
• Admission to M.Tech is given on the basis of the candidate’s merit in GATE/TS PGECET.
• 2 seats in each M.Tech specialization are for sponsored candidates.
• The sponsored candidate must be a permanent employee with the sponsoring agency for at least (2) years, after obtaining the qualifying degree.
• The sponsoring agency must be a Government establishment or a public-sector undertaking, or a reputed private undertaking and should certify that the candidates will be granted leave for pursuing the M.Tech full-time course.
• The sponsored candidates should also satisfy local/non-local status requirement as laid down in the TS Educational institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order 1974 as amended from time to time.
• Graduation in any discipline is the eligibility criteria for applying in the MBA course.
• For MBA program, the selection is made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in TS ICET for 70% of the seats
• The remaining 30% of MBA seats are under Management or NRI Quota.
