UGI MCA Fees
The total fee for the 2-year MCA programme at UGI Prayagraj for the 2026-27 session is Rs. 1,81,700. The tuition fee and other annual dues are Rs. 86,600 per year, with an additional book bank charge of Rs. 2,000 per year. A one-time enrollment fee of Rs. 1,500 and a refundable caution money of Rs. 3,000 are charged in the first year. University dues of Rs. 7,500 per year are payable directly to AKTU as and when demanded, and are not included in the institute fee. Hostel facility is optional and available separately.

- Fee is payable in two installments per year: 1st installment of Rs. 45,900 at the time of admission; 2nd installment of Rs. 47,200 by October 31, 2026 (Year 1). For Year 2: 1st installment Rs. 45,900 before the beginning of session; 2nd installment Rs. 42,700 by October 31, 2027.
- Hostel fee (optional): Rs. 71,000 to Rs. 94,000 per year depending on room type (2-seater/3-seater, AC/Non-AC), plus Rs. 3,000 one-time hostel registration fee.
- Annual bus charge: Rs. 26,000 (optional).
