What is the eligibility criteria for IITM Murthal scholarships?

Candidates must note that IITM Murthal scholarships are granted based on the following eligibility criteria:A student can choose only one scholarship at the time of admission. The Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded independently and cannot be combined with any other scholarship.For verification, students must provide valid documentation of their CAT/XAT/ JEE Mains percentile/ 12th Marksheet.Post verification, the scholarship amount will be determined based on the abovementioned slabs.The total scholarship amount will be equally divided across the program duration.The scholarship will only be calculated on the tuition fee.

What are some of the important documents required during IITM Admissions and IITM Counselling?

Some of the important documents required here are:Passing certificate of class X.Mark sheet of class XII (For Undergraduate Programmes).JEE Rank Card.Character certificate from the institution last attended.Migration certificate from the institution last attended.Medical fitness certificate from an MBBS registered medical practitioner.SC/ST/OBC/kashmiri migrant certificate (if applicable).Gap year affidavit duly attested by a notary in case a student has gap year/years after having passed class XII examination (only for admission to B.Tech).Mark sheets of graduation degree examination (only for admission to M.Tech).Mark sheet of the diploma or any other relevant lower examination passed (only for admission to b. tech lateral entry).

IITM Murthal offers BTech as its flagship course, in various specialisations. Candidates are selected based on their JEE Main scores. Allocation of seats is done based on the JoSAA Counselling. Eligible candidates, if interested, may follow the steps given below to apply.

Register for the application form.
Save the system-generated application number and create a password.
Login and fill out the form.
Upload the necessary documents.
Make the online payment via Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking or via UPI.

Ques. How can I apply for IITM Murthal UG programs?

Ans. Candidates may apply for IITM Murthal UG programs by following the steps given below.

Visit the official website of the college.
Click on the Registration Form button at the top of the page.
Fill in the required details.
Upload the documents as asked.
Click on Submit.
This is followed by a Counselling session.
Candidates can download the form online. Once the form is filled, candidates are required to submit the hard copy to the institution.
Candidates are requested to carry one passport size photograph.
The scholarship is provided on the basis of the merit list.

Ques. What are the different fee amounts to be paid during IITM Murthal admissions?

Ans. Candidates must note that the Registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment that students pay at the time of admission. CR Fee (Course Registration Fee) will be divided into parts and paid by students directly to the affiliated university every year. Exam Fee will be divided into parts and paid by students at the beginning of every year.

My College, My Review

Admission:

I had only applied for this college because my friend said it is very good college but the main reason for joining it was its fee as it was very low compared to other colleges. There was no any kind of quota in the college. The admission criteria was that the student applying must have atleast 55% marks in 12th. The admission process was very simple I only had to visit the reception for once and they took all the required documents like 4 passport size photographs, 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet and a medical certificate. There was no counselling.

Why you chose this college.

Admission:

I had applied to Ganga technical campus and PDM . The fee of the program was so high when on behalf of OBC quota. I didn't get any kind of scholarship. The result of 2019 was not so gus also comparison to IITM,Murthal. We should have 12th in science stream with 55%for getting admission. For leet students, we should have a diploma in particular departments in which we want to apply. There is no age bar for getting admission. Then I have secured my admission to this college and they provided me a scholarship also even they are giving us the opportunity for an internship also. I filled the query form on their particular website then I got a call from admin then. They call me and asked about the documents. They asked me to visit there also. Then I visited them and follow their procedure and secured my admission.
