Government Degree College Baramulla Faculty

Over all the things I liked the most is the faculty of statistics and mathematics some of them are contractual but are very friendly and supportive. And the level of examination is really good and I don't dislike any one in the faculty but the librarian is a little bit arrogant.

The faculty was very good to us because they make friendly environment during classes and help us during problems they were well trained psychology faculty was very good they always lesson our queries I personally like psychology faculty There condect only one exam yearly but was very tough many 40% students fail because of strict exams

My college provides wide range of courses like bca, bba, bcom, ba, mcvp, and many more courses. In the college the fees structure starts from 8000 and goes up to 28000 as per courses. The faculty members of our college were so good and punctual.

Talking about faculty to student ratio. It is quite difficult to conclude all the departments staff of how they percieve their students. Talking about my two departments which is CBC as major and evs as minor. The cbc staff treats us all whether its major or minor like a teacher should do. No favouritism no misbihavior towards students and vice versa. And its quite good while learning from them and they also share personal aspects of life with us as well and are very motivative, while as my minor department. I dont think that its the departments fault but that one HOD who is running it. Talking about the exams. There is a internal session and external session in which those who study quite a lot get good grades, those who study during exams get also enough no. Of grades while as those who just dont come to college, and only show up at exams just end up in backlog sessrions

The relation with students are very good because there are so friendly students there are no having any ragging issue or anything other the college management is so good to manage this all things they are having a good skills to manage these things manage thi things

The ratio of faculty to student is perfect & college has employed very energetic & fine staff..80% of the faculty members have done their doctorate degree in their respective fields..They are very supportive & quite helpful whenever students approach them for any assistance

*Zahid Bilal[General English] Qualification:M.A,B.Ed,M.Ed His Age=35 *GN Pala(Economics) Age#60 Qualification:M.A economics *Manzoor sir(Political science) His Age(38) Qualification:M.A in politics,B.Ed. They all were experts in their respective subjects and thir lectures were always relevant and proper.

In my 3 year degree course I studied under various professors they were good. There was two Assistance Professors who were exceptionally intelligent. But in three years there came some contractual Lecturers they were not up to mark.

We assess with faculty of college through visually they came in our classes their are 5 classes each day and for that their are five teachers they teach us and the each given time is about 45 minutes. Than after a week the class test are being held.

There is not much faculty available in our college. In my opinion my college is not much moderinised so that we could enjoy more. But the staff in our college is very good. I am very happy for that.
