The college does not have a traditional placement program for MBBS graduates. Instead, students are required to complete a mandatory one-year internship at the affiliated Sushila Tiwari Memorial Hospital in Haldwani, earning a stipend of approximately Rs. 17,000 per month. This internship is intended to provide practical experience and is necessary for the validity of the MBBS degree.
Although there are no campus placements, graduates often find employment easily due to the high demand for doctors in India. Additionally, some graduates may opt to serve in government positions in Uttarakhand's hilly regions, where there is a significant need for medical professionals. There are opportunities for further specialization through exams like NEET PG, and the college boasts a good postgraduate success rate.
