Which college should I choose for architecture, Chandigarh College of Architecture or SPA Bhopal?

One should definitely go for SPA Bhopal. SPAs are equivalent to IITs in the field of architecture. Since they are directly under the Ministry of HRD, they offer better infrastructure, facilities and funds for students. The placement is wide and good. CCA on the other hand, bequeaths a good name but limits itself with a niched exposure. From the past few years, SPAs student council has made tremendous efforts in conducting various types of activities in the college to make the college environment more energetic and happening.

For the M.Des a candidate needs to appear in the admission test by the college. Candidates should make sure that they have scored well in the exams that are the basis for the selection basis. Candidates must try to score marks more than the previous ous years cut-off to increase their chances of selection. What is the Post Graduate Scholarship at SPA Bhopal?

SPA Bhopal offers numerous scholarships based on the students merit and one of them is Post Graduate Scholarship. This scholarship is provided to those students who are who have taken PG admission at the institute with a valid GATE/CEED score. Students who have obtained a valid GATE score and successfully registered themselves for the CCMT counselling are eligible for this scholarship. However, if a candidate qualifies for the GATE/CEED after the admission procedure, he/she will not be entitled to the Post Graduate Scholarship.

The hostel life is nice in spa bhopal the room is spacious there will be only one roomate. There 2 different hostel for first years and seniors. The room has 2 beds, 2 study tables, 2 cupboards ect. the mess food is average for me i am a south indian

A hostel mess is available in the hostel for every block itself. We also have nightmess which is available from 11 pm to 3 am for students to buy food. Every time there is an issue with the quality of food, complaints can be raised and the vendors will be changed.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel is one of the best features of the college. The rooms are clean and airy with private balconies every 2 rooms. The rooms are shared, 2 students each room. The rooms are spacious and desiged well. The campus is residential, so all the students are housed in the college and adequate seats are available for every student. The washrooms are clean. There is a courtyard for students where games can be played. There are also common rooms, a gym, a music room and a tv area.

Hostel Facilities:

The college donot offer any hostel facility. Students have to look for PG accomodation by their own.However as college was situated in Noida sec 1 getting PG accomodation was easy.Most of the students live in east end appartment near the college where monthly rent was 8000 per month.we used to keep a cook to make food who charges us Rs 500 per head.Quality of food prepare varies from cook to cook.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostels are huge, 90% students reside in hostel. All rooms have double occupancy, are well furnished with wooden beds, cupboards, night lamps, study tables, chair. All rooms have attached balconies. Mess facility is available on ground floor of hostel. There is a counsellor and a doctor available in hostels from morning to evening. There are total 3 hostels in campus. 2 for boys and 1 for girls. Mess food is hygienic. There is a night canteen available in mess too. I would rate 4/5 to our mess.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel rooms are all inside the campus itself. It is a twin bedroom where two students each are allotted in each room. In addition to this, the hostel has a good internet connection for use of the students.
