Overall BGS is a good college and focuses on your goals

Likes

College is nice, very nice environment and overall good
And they provide campus selection for the students who are interested for doing the job
And the faculties are very experienced and they teach very well

Course Curriculum Overview:

A very much scope in the future and after doing the BCom, we can do MBA from the recognised Christ University so that we can achieve our goals The exam is little bit difficulty as the question paper is prepared by the Bangalore University and the corrections are done by the Bangalore University and there is a difference between the correction of the Bangalore University and the Karnataka Pu board

My College.

Likes

In my college I liked my faculty members more.
I liked the campus of my college very much.
The placements in my college is very nice and I love that more

Dislikes

I didn't like the dresscode as there is compulsion of formals.
The fine for attendance is very much high

Placement Experience:

Coming to the placements, the students become eligible for the placements from their 7th semester. There are many companies which have visited our college for placements. Some of them are Accenture, LtiMindtree, TCS, TechMahindra, Infosys and many more. The average package they all offered is around 5.5-10 Lakhs per Annum.

College Campus very good , neat and clean and it is also very huge which includes library, shops , stationary , ground etc,
Library is very good with variety of books and a very huge space to sit and study , which also includes the digital library also
Notes will be provided properly with ppt presentation and also contains smart board for every class and portions will be completed in time

Dislikes

College timing is one of the disadvantages of the college which will be from 8:30 to 4:30 , which can be difficult to student to learn other skills
Bus stop is far away from the college , some have to walk around 1km(if u are travelling in any public transport) to reach the bus stop
there are some irritating teachers as well for some of the subjects , and also there are some outdated computer systems which is now being changed with new ones but still there are some labs with low system configurations

Placement Experience:

there is campus placement also , which will be offered at the end of the 3rd year or at the starting of the 4th year , i am not much aware of the placements completely ,as i am still in second year of the engineering , but they have mentioned that 7-8 LPA is the average package which will be offered if you could not get campus placements , better learn some skills and you can also apply for any other companies offline also

Likes

I like my college automosphere because its very peaceful.
I like college lecturers,they are very sweet .
I like college teaching its very better than other college.

Dislikes

I don't like college library because its very small.
I don't like college building its very small.

Making memories with friends.

Likes

The college need to improve their infrastructure and the lab are not good .
The college have social interaction between the lectures and the staff
The faculty experience are good but the teaching skill is not proper. The some faculty have the expert but the some are not.

Dislikes

The placements will be for only one are two memebers and the few are will be placed by doing the intership by ourselve
The campus have the learning facilities are not good that much but the infrastructure is not even good
The relevance and rigor of the course curriculum to your personal and professional development.

The lecturers need improvement in their behaviour.
The faculties are not good at teaching , they just skip lectures by giving seminar topics to us
The placement services are not good at all it is worst case in our college and I dont like anything in this college

Dislikes

Lecturers are very much partial they descriminate by castes and all
The labs components are not good they are not proper.
In our electronics department assignment marks are not give fully even in that they do partiality.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem.the companies are Accenture, Infosys,kodnest,tech Mahindra,call centres, the highest package was in 2020 that was 11.9lakh per annum but now the highest package is only 3lpa ,10% are getting placed. My plan is to work in a good company after my degree.

the huge campus which made the parents and even the students very attractive
the teaching skills of some teachers are so impressive and understanding
also there is a very huge library which is digitalised and helpful for the students

Dislikes

the washrooms which are so dirty and uncomfatable to use
heard that the placements are not soo good which means not so high package
some of the teachers teach like being sleepy

Course Curriculum Overview:

i was actually looking for computer science but couldnt make it so chose electronics and communication as my branch and i dont regret it. as the electronic industries are now in boom we are really very exited and well prepared for the real-world challenges. it would be better if the teachers come a bit out of text books and teach us practically ehich is neded. until now i dont have problem with the frequency and timings of the exam.

Our college as beautiful environment and has very good building structure, and has separate department.
In our college very well experience faculties are there for all departments.
In Our college, the management encourages for both the studies and sports.

Dislikes

In our college there is no separate buildings for each department.
There is only one stadium for all sports and for all the students of the university.
In our college favorism is there amongst the faculties.

In our college very well experience faculties and departments have separate exam facilities and the course curriculum has to be improved for providing a very well real world application specific education for the students.

Our college give good teaching and good infrastructure
Our college gives good sports support and extra curricular activities

Dislikes

For myself fee structure is more in our college
Sometimes classrooma are not available for final year students
Only two reasons I have given that are only I disliked

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students can eligible for campus placement. Accenture , Kodnest,NTT Data,Tech Mahindra etc these are all the companies were visited. The highest average package is 6LPA. 50% of students get placed. To get a good job in a reputed company
