MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai was established in 1999 by the association of MEASI. The Academy has also established a reputation for the outstanding quality of education. The Academy has been accredited with the ISO 9001-2000 Certification by Bureau Veritas India Pvt. Ltd. MEASI Academy of Architecture offers education in under-graduate Architecture (B.Arch.) program as well as post-graduation through M.Arch. which are affiliated to Anna University.

Candidates interested in the program will have apply directly at the Institute or apply separately for counselling at Anna University for B.Arch.
Minimum eligibility to apply for B.Arch. is 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
Candidates having three-year diploma from a Govt. Recognized Institute are also eligible to apply for the B.Arch. program.
Applications to B.Arch. must have a valid score in NATA Entrance Exam.
While for the M.Arch. program, candidate must hold B.Arch. or B.E. degree from a recognized university.
Admission to M.Arch. course will be merit based on qualifying exam.

MEASI Academy of Architecture B.Arch. Admission 2024

Admission to five-year full-time B.Arch. program is offered by MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai through NATA Entrance Exam 2021 scores followed by the Counselling conducted by Anna University. The minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in this course is 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate. Candidates who have passed three-year diploma examination approved by AICTE or central/state government are also eligible to apply for the course.

The Institute offers admission to two-year regular M.Arch. program. The minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in this course is to have B.Arch. or B.E. (Civil) degree from a recognized university. Eligible candidates will be selected based on the merit in the qualifying examination.

The application process for admission to B.Arch. and M.Arch. courses at MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai is offline. However, candidates seeking admission in B.Arch. must register for NATA entrance exam through the respective official website. Offline application process is as follows:

Visit the campus of the Academy to avail the admission form.
Duly fill in the required details in the form and affix the recent photographs as well as the other relevant documents.

Love the education i recived but it aint my best choice

I definatly had to choose this university for the reputation it upholds. Higher job placement oppurtunity and greater yeild to your efforts in terms of other colleges. I tried applying to Anna university but the marks werent enough to get into it

Admission:

Eligibility: To pass the entrance exam named NATA (an exclusive exam for architecture) Precisely to score above 80 . In order to get high counciling placements it is important to score more than 110. The exam pretty difficult, but post COVID the exams hv become pretty much easier that a lot PPL seems to feel overconfident towards the course. The improvements would be to re introduce drawing tests , exclude shape IQ based questions, since it doesn't pretty much give an idea of what architecture is to the examines. The test can include more of basic structural questions, drawing analytic questions.

Admission:

the students need to score 50% marks in physics, mathematics and chemistry and also 50% overall to seek admission in this course. Other than that you need to give a aptitude test in architecture field or NATA exam. The selection is strictly done on the combined scores of 12th and scores obtained in the online test. Interview round will be conducted if you clear the cut off and your name appears in the merit list of the college. Based on the rank you will be given admission in the course( that you are seeking admission in).

Admission:

The students who want admission n this college need to have a Bachelors degree in the field of architecture from any C.O.A (recognized school). The students who have B.E degree from any institute which is approved by the AICTE are also eligible to apply. You can fill the form online and pay the necessary fees. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of scores of the Bachelors program . My name was in the second list and I was called by the college administration for document verification and later granted admission.

it is one of the oldest minority educational academics.The eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate at 10+2 exams and a valid score in NATA , the students can directly apply at the institute or at the anna university seperately for counselling.

My college review

Admission:

I limited what I would not like to do first, I was very clear about that I had a style for inventiveness and an enthusiasm for anything to do with hands on, craftsmanship, and travel! Design was the regular decision I needed to get ready for my NATA selection test. It is a must for you to go into design school. Any score over 100 is viewed as acceptable measi is the best school for design, in south india so there was never actually some other choice.

I visited the college and brought the form available there and filled it up.I gave entrace test of NATA,after scoring good marks i decided to apply in MEASI academy.I got selected on the basis of merit and according to my score in NATA.
