When was Mysore School of Architecture established?

Mysore School of Architecture (MSA) began in 2014 with L.K.Memorial Charitable Trust, Mysore, affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. MSA is the first stand-alone College of Architecture in Mysore with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) flagship course recognised by the Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi.

Since the time of its establishment, the College has had a properly trained, accomplished and committed faculty. The faculty is highly trained and experienced in their profession and are also interested in imparting knowledge to the students. At MSA, 13 teachers are part of the full time faculty and 4 professors are visiting faculty.

Yes, the school has separate hostels for both boys and girls on twin sharing basis with a mess facility. There is also a common study and work areas.

The admission procedure is not tedious. After plus 2 and appearing for JEE 2 or NATA exams, candidates have to apply with that scores. After screening they will be called for interview. For validation purposes, all the original certificates will be scrutinized.

It’s not negetive one disadvantage is college is located in outskirts so it may be one disadvantages for students who want to work after college. And also it is also advantageous because no disturbance less pollution,good context ,no sound pollution.
