The college provides loan facility for the student who wants to opt loan directly from the college side as they have links with many banks and provide good interest rates.

No. As far as I'm concerned I didn't hear anything such. But there was a word that ifyou hhave an aggregate above 75 or 80 in every semester you'll be eligible for a scholarship which is more of a rumor which I'm not clear.
