The AC supply will not be provided from 9 AM to 6 PM. (Sunday till 2 PM)
The hostel fees have to be paid annually.
The hostel term is calculated from July (current year) to June (next year).
The hospital facilities will be available 24 X 7 (chargeable basis) to ensure the highest level of medical care.
Wi-Fi usage will be limited to educational purposes only.
Once the hostel fees are paid, they are non-refundable and non-transferable in nature.
The hostel fees cannot be paid on a pro-rata basis.
The hostel fee includes a pure vegetarian Indian meal consisting of a limited breakfast, unlimited lunch, and dinner.
There will be no dinner on Sundays as the mess will be closed.
The rooms will be allotted on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
Complimentary laundry will be made available for six pairs of clothes every week.
The hostel residents will be provided with a one-time complimentary hostel kit that includes a bedsheet, pillow, bucket, tumbler, and other essentials.
The water supply will be provided from 5 AM to 9 AM and from 5 PM to 9 PM.
The water supply will be available in each room through a common tap throughout the day for a limited time duration.
Hot water supply will be available only during the winter months for a limited time duration. 06:30 AM to 08:00 AM)
Additional subscription charges of Rs. 7,500 will be applicable for the usage of the gymnasium, and Rs. 3,500 will be applicable for the swimming pool
