What's New in JIMS?
The notification for the CAT and XAT exams has been released.
- The last date to apply for the CAT exam is September 13, 2024. The admit card will be made available from November 5, 2024, and the exam will take place on the 4th Sunday of November, i.e., November 24, 2024. Students can visit @iimcat.ac.in and register for the same. The results are expected to release in January of next year.
- The last date to apply for the XAT exam is yet to be released. However, the deadline for the registration as well as the Admit Card will be made available from December, 2024. The Exam will take place on January 5, 2025. Students can visit the official XAT website for the same.

Jagan Institute of Management Studies has a dedicated Training and Placement cell that conducts rigorous Pre-Placement Training Programs for the PGDM students to make them industry-ready throughout the academic year. The institute has partnered with firms to provide the best platforms in the industry to the students. More than 300 companies visited the campus of JIMS for placement. It provides students with 100% placement assistance. Students are directed to visit the Industries at regular intervals. Live projects are done by the students of the JIMS every semester. The admission process was smooth and eligibility was through an entrance exam admission form available on the college website, fees- 650000 Application dates are applicable till July There should be more details about scholarship benefits

Admission:
The eligibility for the course PGDM is 55%. we can find the application form online on the college website as well as from the college itself the application fee was 500/- only and after filling out the application within 2 days they schedule a PI for you where you observed various qualities like communication, attitude, and confidence, etc. after clearing the round you have to visit the campus to submit the 50,000/-to confirm the seat. In my opinion, I think there should be a GD round as well so the college can get more competitive students, and sometimes the application form should be discounted a bit on the initial peak season of admission.

This course is for 2 years I had also given cat as an entrance exam but no specific exam is required No reservation was availed Interview and group discussion as the admission taken And the visit of the college was done

admission was done by an entrance exam and we had to appear for that and cut off was 85% marks, for the PGDM course min qualification was 70% in graduation and all the application form was available online.

The eligibility of The course is 60% in pcm and you have to give IPU CET for this but you can even enter through JEE. IPU process is really slow the only reservation for delhi people seats for people from delhi is more reserved.

I really live the environment of my college. My college provide 18 days induction programme where we all lived at hostel. Those 18 days were help us to get habitual of long hours setting, learning, assignments, attending lecture, creative games for team building etc. I accept that our college doesn't have best canteen facilities but the study, management, opportunity are really good.

If I have bad remarks I wouldn't waste so much to time to fill up all above-mentioned questions, Management should give some monetary benefits to SC/ST it's my suggestion to them.

There is no institute of repute which does not emphasize the process by the faculty aptly supported by the students.
