The American College - Best Investment for your future growth

First and foremost , the campus memories are the indelible ones and the serenity being covered by tress is the most awesome sight.
Second best were the faculty and teaching, they were well versed in their subjects and friendly also in clearing timely doubts.
Third best were the facilities including transportation , and club activities nurturing us overall as a person.

Dislikes

To be honest, nothing in particular was there to be hated for.

Admission:

As I mentioned I had applied to RVS college of engineering at coimbatore. The course applied was for BE. CSE , but due to unavoidable family situations , I dropped the plan of pursuing professional studies and continued with Arts and science as both courses if studied with same determination can bring fruitful results , and indeed I am here in front of you already placed in an It company.

The Principal, Assistant professors and HOD's are very friendly to students
Campus are very impressive and big playground and includes canteens.
Classes are good for us to listen peacefully.

I had pplied for this college only. I was selected by the admission committee members for admission. In schooling, I had good marks in Mathematics, so I had chosen Mathematics for my study. Undergraduate programmes does not require any entrence exams whereas Postgraduate programmes requires entrance exams based on Undergraduate studies.

The foremost thing i liked about this college is, Its infrastructure and atmosphere. The American college is filled with greeneries, trees, and fountains. It is rich in flora and fauna even this college has honey cultivation and fish ponds.
The American college has numerous cultural events, this college gives lots of exposure to media, they conduct Auditions, events to promote students skills. They also facilitate entry for television industry and enhance passion and career.
Christmas celebration is one of the greatest happenings in our college. The college glitters throughout December month it sparkles through the lights. It seems like we are walking around the galaxy, it is extemely beautiful !

Dislikes

The first thing is my department, the faculties are not qualified enough, they have ego issues with students and tend to manipulate students character and marks.
The placement in our college is average. I dont aware any of my seniors got through decent salary packages, it is actually shame on the college , it haven't provided any great employment opportunities to the students.
Internship is word is only present in their curriculum it is not prevailed in actual scenario. It is an minority institution we can sense a bit of religious impositions ans practices.

Admission:

The American college location is its major advantage. It is located in the heart of the Madurai city. It has great Architecture and historical background. I chose this college because of its reputation, expousure and phenomenal infrastructure.

Likes

Pleasant environment to spend time in college campus
Freedom to use mobile phones when needed. Providing more opportunities other than academy. Equal importance to culturals and sports.
Free access to use computers for studies and assignment and library with availability of all kinds of books. Motivating professors. Unique way of teaching.

Dislikes

Not allowed to sit in the campus even there is no class.
No proper response from office regarding any problems with certificates

Admission:

This is one of the best colleges in Madurai and Tamilnadu. Fees are affordable. I didn't apply for another college. I am selected based on my merit marks. We can apply for this college online or offline. Candidates will be selected based on their marks and percentage they scored and as per vaccancy.

I applied four colleges for economics course i also got admission mail but I waited to The American college mail. I eagerly waited to join American college. The grade of this college, cultural events, and intercollegiate meet made me to apply for this college. The American college has A+ grade and ranking 54th NIRF among India.

Teaching method is good. Only trained staff are allocated for teaching
Christmas Celebration is my favorite and education system
They are arranging tour maximum 1 week to Bangalore, goa, kerala etc

Dislikes

But i mentioned about is only according to the department
Less internship opportunities is the main thing i dislike
And also placement is also less when compared to other college

I liked the environment of this college. So it's my first preference. I also liked the students behavior inside the campus so i choose this college. American college is best when compared to other colleges in madurai
