SJCTNC Faculty

The Commerce Department at the college consists of 14 staff, selected based on practical knowledge and English speaking skills. Some faculty have over 10 years of corporate experience. There are more than 40 Ph.D. staff, contributing to excellent teaching standards across all departments. The college has over 1000 faculty members, with diverse expertise including social work, and maintains a supportive and safe environment for women.

Faculty are generally friendly and approachable, with some being strict. They are interactive, available for student queries, and employ unique teaching methodologies. Regular exams are conducted fairly, with two model exams each semester. The college is autonomous, ensuring a protective atmosphere for students.
