It's almost same in all Anna University colleges. So, I don't want to mention separately about our college exam patterns. Per semester it have 6 main exams and 2 practical exams. 78% of students cleared all exams. Only 22% fail in some exams

Not difficult to assess a friendly relationship maintained between student and a faculty member anytime during the college working hours we can assess the faculty in our own staff room that would separated under gender and departments only and one thing there is major sector a teaching and non-teaching staffs

Good. Faculties are government staffs so most of them are well skilled. But few are temporary faculties has no idea about career development. HODs are well good. May be management should look on faculty improvement programs.
