THERE IS NO DISADVANTAGES IN COMDUCTION CULTURAL AND EVEN EVERYTHING IS VERY GREAT
You can see stalls in everyside so that you can eat when ever ur hungry
THEY WERE CONDUCTING A SESSION FOR FINALS YEARS AND PRE FINAL YEARS FOR PLACEMENT so that they can crack the placements

Dislikes

SOME OF THE FOOD RATE WERE TOO HIGH AND NOT VERY GOOD ITS LIKE WORTHLESS
Most of the faculty just reading the ppt which they are displaying in the smart board
No proper classes for 1st years always its a rotation process everyday no permanent class

I got seat at srm chennai but it was too long for me and it couldnt manage the travel because i should catch the bus at morning 6 am and i will return to home around 5 50pm. So nearly 12 hours. So rejected it and choose rec chennai because it is near to my location. I will catch the bus at 6 55 am and i will come to home at 4 15 pm. I wasnt applied to other clg so there is no rejection.Simple admission process just show ur orginal 12th certificate and cutoff marks.If your abive 80% cutoff u can pay minimum donation if doesnt enough for the course which u applied. Counselling is the better way to avoid donations and cutoffs may change for the caste.

Likes

Personally Idea factory and Tech lounge, I done My projects there and it helped me.
Culturals are really awesome with More events with famous actors and celebrities.
Clubs like Dance, Cinema, Singing, Speeching are good and also Department Clubs.

Dislikes

Hostel Food is really worse. Quality of food is average.
Over amount for all the things in college.
Some faculties are not good, like always Behaving Rude.

Likes

Teachers will be very friendly and clears whatever doubts students have on time
Both boys and girls ratio are quiet equal in every classes
The college also provides effective placement drives and brings many companies to the campus

Dislikes

During culturals they charge more from the students
Attendance will be wrongly marked for many of the students
These are the main problems in the college

My family suggested to join in Rajalakshmi Engineering College because it is one of the best College in Chennai that provides 100% placements to students and try hard to place every student on campus and conducts more placement training to students

The environment is very good with green trees and shadow . There is squirrel in the group
Playground is well established. There are all types of playground cricket lawn, football ground, tennis court, volleyball court
Involvement in extra curricular activities is awesome . We really enjoy very much.

Dislikes

Environment is polluted. Every where we can find ditches and mosquito roaming. The college like in the middle of forest.
Teaching is very very poor. Most of teachers come without preparation. They didnot utilizes the classroom material the
Food quality is very very poor. The food arenot so delicious. Its is difficult to survive with this food.

Admission:

I chose this college because it is in chennai and it is anna university affiliated colleges. Its is tier one college. Yes, this is because of gap between high class school but later they called me for admission but i was already admitted in this college.

The wide range of contact between other colleges and placement training
The faculty are excellent and they teach so well.

The heavenly collage and the hell hostel

Likes

Clubs are very interesting and seeking skills
Boys can talk with girls and can roam around
No restriction for girls and boys relationship

Dislikes

Hostel food is so worst to eat and the milk is like water
Hostel restroom are very disgusting to enter
Students care everywhere around collage asking silly questions

I have applied many collages but I got this collage because it is allocated in government counciling process. I expect another collage but I got this for my cutt off.and i accepted my choice and joined the collage

Likes

Good study environment, Lab facilities and other activities was also good.
Club activities, leadership opportunities and Symposium events will be good
Open to new opportunities and they conducted various national hackathon events

Dislikes

Hostel food quality is pretty low,and canteens are less
Sports activities to women's are less but for boys is good
Buses facility is less and only veg food is available

Admission:

Since i went through TNEA counselling, i had other options such as SRM, SSN,Saveetha but i did many researches about REC the review was good. Mainly placements were good so that is all we want.So i opted for REC.I also liked CIT college but i couldn't get admission there because my cut off was 187 in 12th std. In CIT for counselling you need atleast 190 cutoff then only you can get good department.So after CIT we can go with REC.

Likes

They are both liberal and strict at certain times
Can gain more knowledge in the placement training programs

The students are failed even if they score more marks and then they have to pay for revaluation only to clear the subject then

I chose this college over the other colleges because this college has a very good name and I beleived that they bring out skilled graduates. Also they train us in such a way that we get placed in the campus recruitment itself.
