There are six phases that you can check below:The first phase focuses on developing as well as enhancing soft skills.The second phase focuses on enhancing and improving aptitude as well as cognitive skills.The third phase focuses on improving the technical skills of students.The fourth phase of the training program begins with a mock interview.The fifth phase begins in July every year in which the institute invites organizations for conducting the campus interview process.
