How is the IT branch in CUSAT and CUCEK?

In Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) engineering is offered by SOE (Kochi) whereas in CUCEK engineering is offered by (Alappuzha). Having friends studying in both the colleges, I can say that they are equally good. When it comes to the IT sector CUSAT introduced IT in India and is considered a pioneer for the IT sector. The IT branch is well facilitated in both CUCEK and SOE and is considered a good course to opt for here. Both the institutes are well established and have created a name for them. Faculties in both are well trained with a lot of experience. Both of them have world-class labs with the latest equipment and technologies to equip students with the latest inventions. Placements are also good for IT. Mostly they get placed in the southern region of the country like in Bangalore, Hyderabad and etc with good packages. Fees and Financial Aid:

32,140 per semester is the amount you have to pay if you got admission in this college in state merit seats ,if you're alloted in all india merit seats then you have to pay 55,000 per semester . I think there is a pta fund which will be around 5000 it's a one time payment.there are various scholarships for Kerala sc/st/obh students they get nearly 100% fee reduction including hostel fee via a scholarship called e grantz. Which is provided by Kerala government.

Review on cucek

The fee structure is quite good. For those who are from Kerala their fee structure is about 20k then semester and those who are from another state them, fees are about 50k per semester. Those are obc,SC, st. for their fees are very less. The scholarship is also provided only for sc, st and Those parents' income is less than 4lakhs something.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fees here us really affordable. For students in Kerala the annual fees is around 50k but for students from other states the annual fees is around 1 lakh. Every year there is little hike in the fee structure. But since there are scholarships you will get money back after sometimes. And if you get good marks and become university topper there scholarships for that also. There are many scholarships like E-Grants, kerala state scholarships, etc. It has good placement records and those who score good marks in their course of study throught the 4 years, he /she can easily get placed in a good company. The average placement package her is around 5 lakhs. The highest is around 25 lakhs something

Best university and good syllabus

The college offers some scholarship opportunities to students. There are some eligibility criteria for these scholarships like full pass and cgpa cutoff etc.

Minority scholarships was there for students. That will give around 30000 in each year. Also there were scholarships for the students who gets top marks in each semesters. For each batch and each branches.

scholarship are available college for different categories based on merit, Reservation categories , and their annual income of parents ,govt approved scholarships like E grants are available in our college. and we can also apply for loans for this course

Jouney of my College

There are various scholarships offered to the students. Loan facilities are also available. Fee concessions are given to backward caste students. There is also various other scholarships based on the family income.
