The Career Planning Cell of St. Joseph's College endeavours to train the students with the skills demanded of them by the Corporate organizations. The Career planning cell organizes classes on personality development and career planning. The cell provides the students the books and knowledge to undertake the challenges of the corporate world.

St. Joseph's College has a Women Cell which provides a forum to the girl students to come together and discuss the problems that they are facing and steps are taken to resolve those issues. Seminars on women related topics are arranged periodically by the women cell to increase awareness.

Remedial coaching is provided to the students after the assessment of their knowledge level and skills through the Bridge Programme and Academic Counselling.
