Interns rotate among departments as per a schedule, with stipend, accommodation, and duty details governed by the Government of Kerala. Post-internship, graduates have the option to continue working as junior resident doctors, pursue postgraduate and super-specialty degrees, or work as MBBS doctors in hospitals or medical colleges.
