We have an attached hospital to our college they give up the opportunity to practice there and learn, so we do there and get paid for this. Payment is quite fair in Kerala than other states, overall good in maximum things.

After completion of BAMs and this PG course a student has highly qualified recognition and there are opportunities are like one can become a doctor and open his/her own clinic, become a teacher, drug manufacturer, health supervisor, therapist, clinical research associate, the opportunities are many in health care and life science industry.

In this 5 year course there would be 1 year for rotational internship- the last one. Students are not entitled to any stipend. But this proves to be an excellent practical learning opportunity. After completion of BAMs, one can become a doctor and open his/her own clinic, become a teacher, drug manufacturer, health supervisor, therapist, clinical research associate, the opportunities are many in health care and life science industry.

There is less placement, and college must focus on this and try to improve that. Few people are recruited in their hospital, and there are much opportunity for opening own clinics. 1 year compulsory internship is given by the college.

Job placement in our college are on an average. In our department most of the students get placed in our college hospital. We practice in our college hospital from time to time, but no specific internship is given.
