The college organise extra curricular activities for holistic development of the students. Quizzes, cultural events, fests, drives etc. are organised at the campus which receive great enthusiasm and participation.

The college organise many seminars, conferences and workshops on various topics to provide exposure to the students. Many cultural events are also organised at the campus. The college also organise many sports events as well.

The college provides hostel accommodation facilities for boys,girls and male staff members. The hostels have adequate amenities so that the students enjoy comfortable stay away from their homes such as good food, etc.

Extracurricular activities are an important part of children education and therefore the college organizes lots of them such as NSS, NCC, Camps, medical camps, various awareness programs, cleaning of public facilities, etc.

I am not opted for hostel. But my friends tolled me that the hostel is very nice and more enjoyable one. Every courses in our college are fine courses in kattappana government college. Almost 90% students of the class pass every year and 30% students with distinction. The lecturers are highly qualified teachers having NET and some of them may have doctorate.
