We have house surgeoncy.. We're students after completing mbbs course are allowed to practice in our hospital and interact with real patients.. They have duty even in nights with shifts after which they have graduation. A decent amount of around 27,500 is givena

Government medical college, Ernakulam have its own hospital, providing an environment for hand to hand experience with patients

- Extracurricular activities and good ambience.
- Good community and hostel facilities. Hostels are well equipped for our needs.
Dislikes
- Extremely disappointing faculties who doesnt have the basic knowledge of the new curriculum.
- Lack of proper infrastructure and super speciality facilities

Internship is cumolsory and should be done in the same college itself. There is no scheme of campus placements in MBBS course.Doctors are expected to provide high quality patient care woth empathy. We will be assigned duties in every department.

The college offers internship opportunities for students, and the priority is given to the students studying in the same college . They offer a stipend of rupees 25000 per month. The private clinics also offers general practice,where they give salary based on hours we work

An internship is compulsory during the course to gain experience. Most students get a job where they did their internship. Few hospitals come for placements with decent job offers. The score in your finals matters when the interviews happen.

Our college have internship. Where a lot of knowledge we can gain. And this internship also helps for our post graduation entrance. It helps by revising our subject with the cases we deal in the hospital.

We are prepared from starting for the placement interviews and entrances. Every year a few hospitals come for recruitment. There is a proper system for selection which includes the semester marks, then a few students are shortlisted then a written exam is conducted and very few are selected for the last round which is the personal interview.
