Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) is a public University affiliated by UGC and AIU. The university is accredited grade “A” by NAAC. JNTU imparts professional /non-professional education, research and training. The university offers admission to the following distance programmes:

M.B.A.
M.C.A.
M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Only candidates with the suitable qualification i.e. Bachelors’ degree in relevant subject can register for the above mentioned programmes. Seats are reserved for people belonging to different categories such as SC/ST/BC etc. as well as special categories viz. Differently-abled etc. in accordance to the rules of the government.

Candidates can register for admission by filling-in the application form and submitting the required processing fee, on or before Admission to the above programmes is done on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the entrance test (ICET)-MBA/MCA or directly on the basis of qualifying merit-M.Sc.

Eligibility

The eligibility of the courses offered by JNTUH is mentioned in the table below:

Course	Eligibility
MCA	Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics from a recognised university. OR Pass in 10+2 with Mathematics and Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
MBA	Graduation in any discipline.
M.Sc. Chemistry	B.Sc. in Chemistry or any other relevant subject from a recognised university.

Note: The duration of MBA and M.Sc. programs is 2 years. While the duration of MCA is 3 years. For admission to MBA and M.Sc., the candidates need to qualify ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test).

Admission Process

Candidates will be selected for the above programmes on the basis of their merit in entrance test ICET (for MBA/MCA) or directly on qualifying merit (for M.Sc. Chemistry). The exam is of 200 marks in total. ICET has 3 sections from which the questions are asked namely:

How To Apply

Candidates must apply for admission by filling and submitting completed online application before. All fields in the application form should be correctly and completely filled-in with the relevant information.

Candidate should log on to the www.jntuhdufr.com and follow the given steps:

Fill the online application form available at with the necessary information
Pay the application fee via demand draft in favour of THE REGISTRAR (UFR account) JNTUH”,
Payable at Hyderabad.
The registration no. will be generated while filling the online application which is to be kept carefully for future reference
The candidate shall submit the application online
Candidate must take out the print copy of the completed applications which is to be submitted along with the necessary documents to “Director, University Foreign Relations,2^NDFloor, Administrative Building,JNTUH,Hyderabad-500 085”
The candidate must submit the following copies of documents along with the application form.

Certificate of S.S.C. or equivalent
Date of Birth
Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
Andhra card Number
PH, NCC, Sports category etc. certificate.
Income certificate( Income Up to One Lakh or Up to Two Lakhs or More than Two Lakhs )
ICET -rank card(MBA/MCA)
Qualifying degree certificates
