ICFAI Law School Hyderabad Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad offers two five-year integrated courses viz. BBA LLB and BA LLB to the aspiring candidates. Candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 studies with 50% aggregate marks or above from any discipline in English medium are eligible to apply for the BBA LLB and BA LLB courses at ICFAI.

Seats to the two courses will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT entrance examinations and a personal interview conducted by the college. ILSAT is an objective type test consisting of 120 questions.

Note: Applicants who appeared for final year 10+2 examination (including practical examinations) before August 1 and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

Candidates who are holders of a Bachelor’s degree in law or have completed Graduation in Five Year / Three Year / Integrated Law Programs or equivalent Degree recognized by the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 50% Marks or equivalent Grade are eligible to apply for the LLM program at ICFAI. The duration of LLM offered by ICFAI Law School is 1 year.

Should have qualified in the ILSAT (PG) 2019 conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad. Seats to the LLM program will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT (PG) entrance examination conducted by ICFAI at the All India level and on the basis of candidates’ performance in the personal interview round, also conducted by ICFAI. Note: Due weightage will be given to academic distinctions, achievements in sports and extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.

ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad also offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. program to eligible candidates. Holders of a post-graduate degree in Law from a recognized University with minimum 55% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the Ph.D. program at ICFAI.

Seats to the Ph.D program will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the ILSAT entrance exam and personal interview conducted by ICFAI. Candidates who have qualified in UGC/ JRF /NET/SLET examination are exempted from appearing in the entrance test.

Key Points for Ph.D. Admission:

The following applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria are eligible for admission into a part-time Ph.D. Program:

• Regular teachers working in University Law Colleges or affiliated Law Colleges with a minimum of three years of continuous teaching experience.
• Practicing Advocates with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Judicial Officers with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Retired Judicial Officers are also eligible to pursue Ph.D. Program in Law.
• Any Gazetted Officer with a minimum of 8 years of administrative experience.
• Any Executive with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in any recognized Law Firm / Tax Consultants / Public or Private Limited Company / Company Secretaries / LLP.
