GMC nizamabad pros and cons

Likes

The study, lots of cases from the nearby villages helps us to study more
College teaches the communication skills for communicating with patients so we can treat well
It is good to be in one of the top college in my state

Dislikes

No ground for playing cricket which makes us to travel on our own to play
There is no proper equipment for sports making us to buy them on our own
Still needed improvement of the college infrastructure which helps in develop of the students and study

Internships Opportunities:

We have to do internship as a training before working in other hospitals for emplayament so we get to know how to treat different cases We are given 28000 as a stipend for the internship pretty month

Good medical college

Likes

Academics are good..campus is very big ...all departments are good
Faculty are good and experienced,each dept has labs,
Auditorium is good for cultural events and college fests

Dislikes

PlayGround is not there,canteen is not there
Hostel is little away from campus ,sometimes water problem is there
Dogs are more present , lights are less , gym is less equipment

Internships Opportunities:

Ver good internship opportunities with good stipend and good hands on experience Wide spectrum of cases are there to get good knowledge and experience All departments are present with pharmacy, ot ,etc and other facilities

Good college regarding academics,but other than studies you won’t find enjoyment in this campus

This College is one of top 10 medical colleges in telangana
College is located in centre of the town,Easy access to public transport,Hospital is also located beside the campus.
Great to learn knowledge,Good OP count in hospital,which enables better way understanding disease management and diagnosis.

Dislikes

This college lacks basic play ground,which is mandatory in every medical college.
No sports events,No social life in the campus,full of restrictions.
Hostels are not maintained well, no safe drinking water,mess is not maintained good.

Internships Opportunities:

No companies will offer you any internship, Mandatory internship for 1 year must be done in Government general hospital after passing final year examinations. Government provides stipend for interns, Usually 25000 per month for 12 months.

Likes

The faculty of the college is good and the infrastructure is good and all the facilities are there near the college
The hospital for students is a 7 floored building and the op is quite good and students can learn better and in a best way
Regarding the girls to boys ratio girls are 10 percent more than boys and there will hostel facility for both boys and girls , girls hostel is in college itself

Dislikes

There is no play ground in the college as it is located in the centre of nizamabad, it is only disadvantage
Regarding the auditorium it is a bit small conference hall, the professors are having their residency in college itself
There will be very rude behaviour of patients in the hospital

Internships Opportunities:

The intership is of 1 year duration and the stipend for students is 25k per month . We can learn a lot in hospital as a intern and everyone has to go through all the things regarding studies and the project of internship is very enthusiastic

A good college needed some developments

Likes

Good campus consisting of labs demo rooms and lecture hall
Good faculty taking care of students and pgs
Good coordination between people among different regions

Dislikes

No playground and no good auditorium setup

Internships Opportunities:

Very good internship opportunities are present here.We have e 36-48 hour shift. followed by hectic schedule day and night. And gives a salary of 25k monthly...which is awful I think..it could be made better

Faculty is instructive, caring and dependable.
Fest and other sports activities are encouraged
Easy Access to neccesary things and places

Dislikes

Hostel timings are very limited and strict
The food is spmetimes not vey likable to eat
There is no contribution or sponsors for college annual fest

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is done in the same college after the completion of the course. The interns are guided by the post graduates and the professors. The internship comes with stipend of around 25000 per month.

Best college.

Likes

The food is better when compared to other college. The mess will be contract mess. I specially like the sweet that make durind sundays.
The auditorium is a beautiful the thing that I most loved place in GMC nizambad.

Dislikes

Poor sanitation is frustrating me. And under drainage system is very bad.

Internships Opportunities:

After clearing internships at this college. You should be free from campus. It should be your choice either you will select for writing an exam for qualifying or else you should work in a hospital that offers based on your marks. You should get a specialization in doing PG.
