The Cochin College Kochi B.Com Taxation: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

There are self-financing courses as well as aided courses. When it comes to self-finance the semester fees are between 9000 to 18000 and exam fees are also applicable. And for aided there are no semester fees. Only the exam fee and some amount like pta fund etc will be around 2k that's all. Aided courses are affordable. * I got e grants scholarship. But the main draw back of this college is they don't provide campus selection or placement.

I took it because I have an interest in the commerce field. The Commerce field is a course with good scope. A lot of job opportunities are available if you take this course. Depending on the institution, a formal academic major may or may not be established. Regardless, a Bachelor of Commerce degree requires students to take the majority of their courses in business-related subjects, including the aside, among others.

The curriculum was the most updated one that we followed. The faculty in our college is what i consider the best in our district and the academics was also pretty good. Faculties such as Geetha mam, Unni sir, Anu miss etc were excellent in teaching as well as giving an good company.

This course will be more suitable for students who wish to enter into the banking sector etc. It is more beneficial to students who will be focusing on financial management areas etc. The Course has its own difficulties but it can be handled.

B.com taxation course curriculum contains more of theoretical applications than practical sessions. The only negative about the curriculum is that it do not include interships and industrial visits to give more of industry based work experience and knowledge. Faculty of the college is good, supportive and friendly.

Extra curriculum should be promoted strictly. The faculty is best,the course I took was very good. Academics and academic related activities are very much supported by the teachers and management.

Anyway I don't no more about scholarship or any loan provided by our college. But I have seen more scheduled caste and schedule tribe caste and other backward caste students that college provides more scholarship and loans for them
