The entire admission process was quite easy. I applied to the college via online mode. I uploaded my Cl 12th results with my application. There was no online test for admission. Students with 55% or above applied for the admission. My name was there in the first merit list, and after that, they called me for the documentation process.
The admission to the college is strictly based on merit. There are 12 specializations under BA and 6 specializations under BSc. The admission forms are available online and there is no round of interviews as such.
Admission to the BA and BSc courses are based on merit on the marks obtained in class 12th examinations. The interview process or gd rounds is not there. I chose English because I was always fond of it and wanted to pursue it professionally.
The college have giving me some of my best days and I wish there are more to come. The college has good infrastructure, go to the chapel tea and also a meeting from which encourages students to get admission in the college and do good for themselves
The college is good overall and no negative comments can be given to the college. The college has good teachers, good infrastructure, good canteen and is appropriate for the ones who are looking to get quality education with a lesser amount of fees
The Syamsundar College is UGC NAAC accredited with a grade of B+.
When I was getting admission to this college I was so scared that what kind of faculty or infrastructure I'll get, but now when I have successfully completed a year here, I'm so glad that I chose this college over every college. This college is a pure mixture of rich tradition and modernity.
