Sukumar Sengupta Mahavidyalaya Midnapore Faculty

The faculty-to-student ratio is good but needs some improvement, my learning experience is good. The faculty credentials and their approaches are always face to face physically but in COVID time they interact with our online.

There were 5 lecturer. They were well experienced. They taught the students eagerly. Every day they provided 4 classes. There was a head of the department professor D. Roy who was really a talented genius teacher. With his oratory power he thrilled the students.

The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated. They teach in very lucid manner and focus more on making the students understand the concepts. They give more emphasis on student response time in the classroom to develop confidence.

With high educational qualification and many years of experience the teachers teach in very easy way and make the concepts clear which helps in understanding the subject better. The classrooms are very productive with regular group discussions.

No, I am nothing an kind of lectures hold any relevant industry experience or certifications. But when university recommended any parliamental programme then we go there and I went the Midnapore college inter college mock parliament programme which recommendations for the vidyasaagar university.

The faculty of the college is mixed in the sense in some department they are very good full of quality and understanding while some of them are average like in our department it was awesome and the concepts was made easy and kind of spoonfeed to us.

The faculty of the college is average some of them are really good well some of them at par but then you need to depend upon the class notes of different class YouTube and other sources The best part is that they are very inspiring and motivating.

The faculty of my college is not so attracted.There are a little number of teachers of every department and most of those are not permanent. The number of permanent teachers is not very much.But the teachers are very helpful.
