I got admission to this college based on my marks. South Calcutta Girl's college is a good college for girls. Also, it's is Kolkata and very close to my home. I didn't have to leave my hometown for studies.
I never wanted a school or college overflowing with people. I particularly liked this college because there were less number of courses, so less students. I had passed with 75%+ with Science in 10+2 exams, so easily got admission here.
I had loved Psychology for a long time because I liked observing people and their behaviour. This college offered that, and at a low fees. So I grabbed the opportunity and applied here. I got into the merit list, and fulfilled the formalities so that was it.
