BPHE Society’s Ahmednagar College, Ahmednagar, is an Arts, Science, and Commerce college. Affiliated to the University of Pune, the college currently offers Undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses in various streams. At the UG level, BPHE Society’s Ahmednagar College offers B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com. courses and at the PG level, the college offers M.A., M.Sc., and M.Com. courses. Research facilities are also available for all Commerce subjects and selected Arts and Science subjects. Key points:
- Students who have passed the examinations equivalent to that of the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education are required to submit Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Statements of Marks in the original
- Students from the other colleges are required to possess a No-objection certificate from the principal
- Students can make a shift from Science to Commerce/Arts stream and Commerce to Arts stream but such shifts are not allowed for Commerce/Arts to Science streams.

Admission process is bit hectic for students of ahmednagar college... Admission department need alot of documents and application for this process... Firstly we'll have to apply for an online admission process then an offline process which needs alot of time to arrange the list of documents and application then fees paying process is also quite exhausting and their is a specific time for students to apply for admission process...

No, generally my intitutes take gd/pi but they take it when students want to take admission to technical courses. Ahmednagar college does not have any technical, medical or pharmaceutical course like diploma, B.E, B.TECH.
Admission:
I chose this college because of the good facilities they provide and good teaching staff. The best computer labs they have. The admission procedure was also smooth and non-hectic. The class strength is comparatively less and thus teachers focus on every student. It is the oldest and most experienced college in our city. I got to know about this college through newspaper, billboard and hoarding as well. They arrange many award functions, cultural events and curriculum activities like exhibition, etc. It also has the NCC for the aspiring students.
Remarks:
1. Huge campus 2. three to four playgrounds for practicing different sports 3. Library having books from all over world. I liked the books of Australian writers. 4. Greenery around & in college campus is the most attractive thing for me. 5. Separate parking for boys, girls & teachers. 6. Drama Auditorium 7. Bank in the campus for all transactions including payment of admission fees. 8. Teaching style of teachers is one more good thing 9. IT Lab 10. SCIENCE LAB 11. And many more other small small things.

Good campus and good staff available in the college. Alumini is good college staff have friendly atmospher towards students. Your problems are solved very well by the well qualified staff present

The way of teaching, the campus, faculties are proper. One of the college where lectures are taken in English. Highly educated professors. Had got an excellent review of the college. College where u can explore yourself.

Positive feedback regarding the faculty from the crowd, Ahmednagar college being at the top overall among the ones in the town, I wanted a field shift and MA English can be opted by students from all fields.
Remarks:
The college has good faculty and also it has great campus. In ahmednagar college all the staff is really good. All the teachers are well educated and all the teachers are well experienced. Practical labs for electronics and Computer labs are very well maintained. Also the library in the college is nice.
