Ramananda College Bankura Faculty

Faculty and students ratio was 60:5 . Student and faculty relationship are not good as well. Some of them are very good. They courage us. But they didn't prepare for competitive higher math. This is the big disadvantage.

In our college many students got admitted but till the last year not everyone stayed there. So in the first year students were more than the faculties. But in the last year it seemed like faculties were more than students. As an example if 100 students get admitted in first year then 20 students remained till the last year. There were 6 faculties during my time. They were very helpful. I found no faculty who was not suitable for the college. We studied in year system. Mostly students passed in every exams.
