Aryabhatta College has an active placement cell that helps students secure jobs, with many companies visiting for recruitment. The college continues to support placements even after course completion. There is also a start-up club offering internships, mainly for non-honors courses. Extracurricular activities are encouraged through various projects like the NSS cleaning program. The college's fee structure has remained stable over the years. The first-year fee is about 15,000 INR, dropping to around 14,000 INR in the second year.
