Radhey Hari Government Post Graduate College Udham Singh Nagar Faculty

As a ba 3 years and 6th sem exams and in ma 2years and 4th sem exams and college are govt and so much experience in college . Ncc department is also available in this college and also organised games yearly wise

The other teachers in our college teach well, some teachers teach well, some teachers do not teach well. Some teachers papers are good, some teachers papers are not good. But we got very little time for exams in our college. All the important topics were studied very well in the exam paper. All the studies were learnt but the time for checking the paper was very less, due to which the final paper was very long. We had to cover the paper in very less time.

The faculty to student ratio is good. Some teachers nature us really very good however there are even some who behave very badly with students. To name, Mrs Sneh Lata is one of them. She gives very bad looks to students. Never replies to a good morning or afternoon greeting. Stares very badly. Mr Rajendra Sir is a good trainer but gets furious when students behave badly.

In our college the faculty members are PhD holder and some teachers are CSIR NET qualified for their particular subject. Some teachers are old so they are PhD holders but the new teachers are NET qualified and there are some teachers those have PhD and CSIR net both.

Faculty of the college is not according to the level that should be at the level of higher education. Many of the faculty members does not takes interest in various activities related to education. Team building activities are just restricted to some NCC/ NSS camps. Faculty does not encourages students to attend lectures ar try to resolve their problems. Faculy for science group is ok, they are knowledgeable and dedicated for their task, but others are not like that. you can say that their are good faculty and inefficienty faculty in the college but ratio of inefficient faculty is lot more are compared to knowledgeable people

All the faculty of my college is good and helpful but some people are very bad and teasefull which cant be affordable. Most of them are proud and greedy for money i dont like that.
