It's my favourite subject and in my point of view college is the best one college under vidyasagar University. There have about 120 students and faculty have 7 .thy are all permanent faculty and their experience is to much better and specially HOD Faculty is expert of phonetics language other members also very expert in language and one other faculty are thought like guest faculty of the college b.ed section.their behaviour life real friends philosopher and guide . Now examination conducted in semister wise as internal and semister and questions pattern follow as per nct rule I'm always respect and obey them as a student

I was very interested to english as well as for my graduation so i opt to this course. There are lots of student in number than other nearby college but there is no faculty shortage. Enough teachers are available though majority are contractual. The ration is almost 40:1. The faculties are well qualified and experienced specially permanent one. The are scholar. They have enough degrees like PHD, NET, SET qualified. Review teaching method is little bit casual not so attractive. Exam are semester base just after 6 months. As it is now autonomous college so any student can secure a high mark. Easy to crack.

I choose English Honours because I will be future an IPS officer. As per AICTE Guidelines, the desirable ratio is 1:10 and the minimum is 1:15. AICTE gives deficiency in case of a ratio higher than 1:15. The proposed assessment is based on variation in ratio from 1:10 to 1:20 with maximum to proportional marks Respectively. Qualification is very much high to the method. Around 3 hours and difficult small.

We have multiple placements but Frankly one day you have to seat for the exam if you qualify in the exam then you will be allowed for the placement.
