Panskura Banamali PBC Ph.D. Admission 2026
Ph.D. admissions at Panskura Banamali College are conducted through online applications on the college portal. For Science subjects, the 2026-27 session notification was issued in January 2026. For Society and Culture (Arts), the 2026-27 notification was issued in October 2026. Ph.D. in Physical Education has not been notified as part of either research centre's intake. Candidates are advised to monitor the official college website for any future notifications.

Eligibility Criteria (General Ph.D. at Panskura Banamali College)
- Candidates must hold a Master's degree or equivalent from a UGC-recognized university/institution with a minimum of 55% marks (General category) or 50% marks (SC/ST/PH/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS categories).
- The candidate must have completed at least 5 years in UG and PG study in a recognized institution.
- The candidate must not be currently enrolled in any full-time course or registered for Ph.D. at any other university.
- Candidates who have qualified NET/SET/UGC-JRF/M.Phil. or Vidyasagar University RET are eligible for the interview.

- Apply online through the college portal (www.panskurabanamalicollege.ac.in) when a notification is issued.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 500 online.
- Await publication of the list of valid applications.
- Attend the viva-voce/interview at Vidyasagar University campus if shortlisted.
- Await publication of provisional result and admission notification.
