Nirmala college for women was inaugurated in 1948 with the view to enhance knowledge of women in various fields and create a new way of education. Recently they have been re-credited with A grade by the NAAC.

Nirmala college for women has been ranked 52nd by the India Today Ranking for Science in India.

The institute offers admission to the UG and PG courses. Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) qualified students can apply for admission to the course. Whereas, Bachelor degree holders in relevant subjects can apply for admission to the PG courses.

Offline application

Offline method of application allows candidates to get a printed form from the campus.
The form has to be then submitted after filling in all details.
Application fee will also be paid at the office itself along with the form.
Cash or Demand draft are the available options for the offline payment.

Ques. Is Sports quota available for admissions?

Ans. Yes, the students who are willing to take admission in the college can apply through sports quota also. This becomes helpful for students who are into extra-curricular activities and wish to study in a good university.

Ques. Can I apply for more than one programme?

Ans. Yes, the applicant has the option to apply for more than one undergraduate course by filling the form adequately and submitting the required registration fees. The process for application remains the same for both.

Ques. When do the classes commence?

Ans. Usually, the classes at NCFW begin around the third week of June for all the students who are successfully admitted to the college. Before this, the entire admission process is completed.
