Candidates can apply either online or offline by following below-listed steps: 

Online Process:

• For Online Mode, go to the official website of the University of Delhi.
• Register yourself by entering your email id and phone number.
• Click on “Apply Now”.
• Fill in the application form with valid details.
• Upload the required documents.
• Pay the application fees through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
• Submit the application form.

Offline Process:

• The candidate needs to visit the campus with the copy of the University of Delhi common pre-admission form. 
• Go to the classroom according to your eligibility and choice of the course allotted by the college.
• Then get your documents verified by the officials. 
• Lastly, pay the desirable college fee. 

Documents Required: 

• A copy of computer printout of ONLINE University Common Pre-Admission Form (Self attested).
• A University Provisional Slip in case of admission of Foreign Nationals, Children/widows of eligible Armed Forces Personnel (CW) etc.
• Five recent Passport size photographs 
• Class Xth Board Exam Certificate 
• Class XII Provisional Certificate/Passing Certificate
• Class XII and X Mark-Sheet. 
• Character Certificate.
• OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/PWD/EWS Certificate
• Certificate of registration as Kashmiri Migrants issued by Divisional Commissioner/ Relief Commissioner
• Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate.
