Institute of Engineering and Science Indore Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

IPS college likely has a dedicated placement cell that co ordinate with companies and student to facilitate campus recruitments this cells plays a critical role in bridging the gap between industry requirement and student capabilitie4s. The placemnet cell may organize pre placement training . The average salary package for ips college student ight between 3-5 lpa which is common for mid tier college . the highest package may go up to 8-12 for top performance or those in demand filed like software development or data science .

Students are eligible from 7th semester for the campus placements. Many of the companies visits our college like Wipro,tcs etc. As of my addmission time the highest package from our same branch is 44LPA and I think 2 peoples got that and on that time average package is of 8 LPA. My plan after getting this degree is to work over the problems of the people which can be solved with the use of technology.

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placement Companies like - Hexaware, Wipro visits for hiring freshers After the degree, we can also apply for master's degrees and also get a job in new start-ups

I thing in 4th year of btech you are eligible for your placement round they has a company which was asked for around 7.5 cgpa for your academics if you has a cgpa you are eligible for your placements they has a cisco,wipro they has offers arounds 10 lakhs,8 lakhs for freshers and if you has a more skills you mights has 13,14 lakhs demand of your skills alsoo as you heard of my plans i need a college campus placement but on the other hand I was prepared for off campus also to check my luck..!!

- Campus placement have recieved a massive breakdown in recent years because of no jobs in companies . - Fire and safety branch records 100% placement. every year . - There are 1200 Students in CSE department but only 200-300 are getting placements .

I got admitted to ips academy this year and with a glimpse of time around 6 months I can say that the college is pretty good, infrastructure is great with almost negligible ragging. Talking about placement-related stuff I have seen a lot of companies visiting college and taking students with a good package (can't give the exact details). Placements of the FTS and CS branch is great this year and the college really focuses on placements the placement is good last year cse the highest package was 14 LPA and the other branch highest package was 13.9 LPA

Students in their final year of graduation are eligible to participate in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini provide students with the opportunity to get hired. The highest packages students get are around Rs 14 to 15 lakh per annum.

From 6th sem students are eligible for giving campus placements and many MNC's come like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and cap Gemini the highest package is about 33.5 lakh has come to our college by the company and the percentage of students are placed about 90%.my plans after getting a degree is to get a job in men's companies for good future.

Basically, students from the 3rd year to 6th Sem are eligible to sit on campuses. Many companies visited but some which I recalled are Chegg, Hexaware, Byjus, TCS etc. offering an average offer of 4.5 CTC and the highest is 10 LPA. Most of the students got placed between 90 to 95 per cent. My plan is to pursue a job after placements. Also will opt for a master's in the coming future.
