VKR, VNB & AGK College of Engineering Eluru Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Yes campus placements are there and there is a separate team for placements in our college from 3rd year they are offering. The average package was 350000. A better no.of students are getting placements. My plan is to get a placement with the help of my faculty placements team.

We don't have campus interviews when we are in college. At present they are conducting the interview. So, I don't have much knowledge about conducting the interview. The percentage of students of campus interviews is 65% above they are only eligible for the campus interviews. After the degree, we have learned courses this best option because when we learn new courses we will get a job easily.

From your final year which is your 7th semester if you're from the intermediate background, you're eligible for placements. Every company that visited the college picked the students on average of 5 at least. Some of the companies are Byjus, Ageis, Pinclick, etc. The highest package that I've seen in posters is 40000 rupees per month by some company. The percentage of students getting placements is low like 30 percent. My plan after getting the degree is to get a job in a reputed company with a decent salary and balanced work life.

Placements are good but for our batch I think it's impact of recession, we didn't get any IT companies rather we got non it companies like BPO and startup companies roles. Preparing for admission to an engineering program or a job in engineering typically involves multiple rounds, each with specific requirements and areas of focus.

There is the department of placement. The college provides with great opportunities to its students. There are internships for  the students to grow. They also provide with jobs and placements for their students. Many firms like Infosys, TCS,IBM, wipro etc come and recruit the students. Many students take part in the placement programme and enhance their skills.

Out of 40 we were 25 people placed in different companies like Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, emc2, l&t, and many other companies. My package when I selected in campus for Mahindra is 5.25 lpa, TCS giving 4.67 lpa and Infosys is giving 4.15 lpa and l&t giving 3.98 lpa.
