Yes the scholarship will be available only if your entrance test rank is below the 1000 then there will be scholarship will be given and as rank is decreasing and more the scholarship is given to the students and this will be done mostly on entrance test

College eligibility and test criteria

No their are no scholarship provided by college at my time but you can choose your scholarship baised on your cast that is SC,OBC,Etc. Because now a days government provide lots of scholarship baised on your marks and caste. You can also search for TFW(TOTAL FEE WAIVER)

A Great place for engineering studies

There is no loan facility for all student but the SC ST candidate have have some scheme of what facility of scholarship
