Life of MCC

Likes

Things I like in this college is the celebrations . In this college they celebrate all festivals . Which is very good. And the celebrations are very nice to see. The decoration of the college in the celebrations time is very wonderful to see and join
The teaching process is very good the staffs are very talented peoples they all teaching very good . There are all facilities for teaching like computer labs, smart class facilities etc. All the staffs are well educated people so they teach very well

Dislikes

In this college there is no play ground. in sports day we want to go to nearby school ground for the sports day. But the college has all sports teams the players don't have the ground for practice. there is a small ground but it is for parking bikes
The management has many types of rules which is very bad. Some rules are very very bad like if you were late in any period they will cut your one day attendance which is very bad thing. And there is two bells in the end of the college for boys,girls.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. I don't visited any companies but my seniors have go to some companies I don't know the companies names. There is 60 percentage of placements students getting. After getting the degree I want to go to study MBA

My college life in Malankara Catholic College

Likes

I like the college infrastructure you really enjoye the ambience of the campus.
They provide library it's have all kinds of reference books.
Here faculties are highly qualified there teaching qualities also good.

Dislikes

I like infrastructure but they do not provide lift facilities to students for easy transportation
You don't have any freedom to go outside of campus during intervals.
Some securities and college staff behavior is not good towards students.

Internships Opportunities:

In my days of college they don't provide any kind of internship to computer science student during 2016 year. That's the only drawbacks I have to face in my college days. After the graduation students don't get campus placements they want to find job by your own ways.

Likes

The way teachers teach. They teach jn polite manner and understable manner
The way teachers communicate with students and interact
The infrastructure of the college . It will be clean and neat

Dislikes

Controlling and restriction are very more
There is nlt trees and canteen facility available
Teachers change often for the subject ...

Internships Opportunities:

My internship is related to structural geology. I went iit Madras for internship purposes and that is related to structures and the formation of rocks. I experimentally saw many rocks are formed with various structures.

Placement Experience:

Malankara Catholic College, Mariagiri also provides Campus interview for all the interested students. Institute of International Auxiliary Language conducts a Campus interview for the final year interested candidates and many of the students are selected by the company. Some of the departments like Chemistry, MSW, BBA, B. Com etc conduct IVs and Seminars. The college also conducts motivational classes for the students. Apart from this, there is not many chances or hopes in providing placements or Jobs for the students by the college.

No our college doesn't provide intership.But it have lot of awareness class about our career and all.In my course their are lot of job oppurtunities.In our it world as i am a BBA student i am very confident about my future.
