There are three hostels: Vindhyachal Boys Hostel, Satpura Boys Hostel, and Narmada Girls Hostel, with a total of around 610 rooms in Vindhyachal alone. Each room accommodates four students. The hostel infrastructure is impressive, with five floors and 50 lat-baths for students' use.

Hostel fees are 10,000 rupees per year, with additional monthly expenses of 2,200 rupees for food. The food quality is commendable at the girls' hostel, though noted as less satisfactory in others. A special meal is served once a week. The hostel is conveniently integrated with the college, facilitating easy access to campus facilities.
