IPS College of Technology and Management Gwalior Ranking 2026

In my college there is no good placement there is a only non technical placement are there so that is the reason I said about this . And there is only 2 lakh per annum average placement I know only these things

Quality of placement is not so good because of big brand and company are not come in college for placement and small company comes but it hires the candidate in low salary pakages. The last year placement are average 50% from my cell and the show 75%+ placement but this is not true at all and average salary is to 15k-2ok and higher is 25k monthly

In my IPS College after completing the 5th-semester campus placement training started then daily practicing Group discussion and daily practicing English communication talking with the whole group. and campus started the 7th semester.

In the first year, we have done with an internship of C&C++ under the guidance of the faculty of IPS College of Technology & Management and got certified. And about the projects,In the 3rd and 4th year we have to make the projects with our own we didn't get any guidance from the faculty

Good opportunities are in the college for students they provide us internship for per semester for making us more good and for making us better technical student in our field and yes there are good placement faculty which will help us for taking us better decisions

To be honest there were almost zero placement in mechanical and civil branch. Suppose if there were total of 180 student in both branches then maximum of 5 student got placed.

Placement system is good. In this year most of students got placed. They provide training to us for taking placement. For the mechanical engineering placement is rare. Some of companies which comes for the placement are Thermax, Jamna Auto, Emerald industry and many more.

Placements are also a good many of the companies like William Penn, Radix Web, Evince development come in college, many other companies also come. In each semester there is also a mandatory internship to do for the qualifying semester.

Internship: hahaha. literally during my college students don't even know what internship is. Placements cell is there but only for taking their salary. No company visit the campus for placements. They even called some fake companies just to get attention. In the name of campus placement they send the students for off campus to Delhi and Mumbai. Moreover the college and administration used to publish the students who are working in some companies in the name of campus placement in which there is no college role.

There is no placement provided by our college,only at the time of admission they used to give Monopoly to students that we provide good placement to all student but they never do. My college doesn't provide internship.
