How to ruin your college life when taking admission in HJD

Likes

The campus really is nice up unitl a certain point, it's well maintained and very diverse with flowers and a cricket ground which is mostly occupied by sports students but still it's a decent ground overall.

Dislikes

WIFI quality is dogshit, i can't even send whatsapp messages without waiting 2 minutes, and it's not even accessible to all unless you solve a fucking mystery asking all the professors for password, since there's poor mobile connection in buildings
First of all it's far far too away from main city, the network there is poor sometimes and frequently inside the college campus building so we can't really communicate with anyone if urgency came and we have to contact someone or vice versa
Washroom quality is so fucked up.. All the urinals are broken with no proper flush pipes or drain pipes, The urinals don't even have partitions between them so like between 15 urinals in rush only 4 can be used because partition and okay condition

Admission:

I chose this college over Veeraytan, because that college is even worse. I was eligible but i'd rather suffer a bit less I applied for college outside kutch but colleges got filled to fast and i was a bit far in acceptance list if it was even there to begin with, i barely passed the eligibility criteria due to Covid and family issues. so i had only these to colleges in kutch as my last resort. I mostly went through PCM marks criteria in 12th and GUJCET marks, i got accepted admission process is not tough in this college since no one willingly chooses this shithole over good colleges outside kutch

The admission procedure was fully online. My college comes under GTU (Gujarat Technical University). The College campus is great with so much plantation as well as modern. The faculty is good. If you are considering placement there are low chances of placement.

Our course is provided by Gujarat Technological University (GTU). It is getting old it needs to be updated. We were provided many industrial exposure but some were missing. Not all faculties were good some teach other subjects than their actual subject.

There are some tipical rules which make you feel like you still in the atmosphere of school. You have to wear uniform daily except the Wednesday. White sports shoes were compulsory. Id card should be in your neck otherwise they charge 100rs to brake the rules.
